Development of the written plan.
3 hour Explain/Implement
Discussion, training, and implementation of the written plan.
FBA for Interfering Behaviors $500
This package is for those who only want to focus on interfering behavior concerns.
1 hour with Client
Assessment of the child's maladaptive behaviors.
1 hour with Caregiver
Interview with the primary caregivers about their child's strengths and struggles.
1 hour Plan
Development of the written plan
2 hour Explain/Implement
Discussion, training, and implementation of the written plan.
Maintenance check $500
This is for the family that is familiar with ASD and has strategies in place, but would just like an assessment to make sure they continue on a successful path.
1 hour with Client
Assessment of the individual's skills and maladaptive behaviors.
1 hour with Caregiver
Interview with the primary caregivers about their child's strengths and struggles. (If applicable)
2 hour Plan
Development of the written plan
1 hour Explanation
Discussion of the written plan
FBA with Materials $1000
Complete FBA (Functional Behavioral Assessment) with a written plan, necessary visuals, and caregiver training for implementation
1 hour with Client
Assessment of the individual's skills and maladaptive behaviors.
1 hour Materials
Creation of any visual materials
3 hour Caregiver
Interview with the individual or with primary caregivers about their child's strengths and struggles.
3 hour Plan
Development of written plan.
2 hour Implementation
Discussion and training of the written plan with caregivers
Monthly plan $400 per MOnth
For the family that would like continuous assistance with strategies to help their child.
4 hours of Consultation per month
Hours to be utilized however it best meets the family's needs.
ANNUAL $5000 per year
For the family that would like continuous assistance with strategies to help their child.
50 hours of Consultation per year
Hours to be utilized however it best meets the family's needs.
10 Individual hours $1000
Consultation and training with the BCBA or BCaBA
10 hours of Consultation
Hours to be utilized however it best meets the family's needs in whatever timeframe the family chooses.

Monthly
2 hour Introduction
Interview, discussion, and training with caregivers
45 min 4 times with the client
Implementation of behavioral feeding therapy with the child.
